We hired Wilma @ Sensational Seams to help choose and supply all of the window coverings for our new custom-built home 15 years ago. All of the products were Hunter Douglas and were very pleased with the option choices, the quality of the products and the professional installation. After sale service has also been excellent. Recently we had a problem with two accordion blinds in our kitchen skylights. After 15 years, the material had become brittle due to the heat of the sun. We called Wilma to see if we could have the fabric replaced but after consulting with Hunter Douglas she advised that the product we had had been discontinued. As a goodwill gesture by Hunter Douglas and Wilma, we were provided with California shutters as a replacement product at no cost, which we gladly accepted. They were installed yesterday and look fantastic and should withstand the heat from the sun much more effectively than what they are replacing. Once again, Wilma and her crew did a great job with the install. We highly recommend anyone looking for top quality window coverings that will be fit to measure, installed precisely and look great for years to come, call Wilma at Sensational Seams. I highly recommend sensational seams. Their in home consulting was so thorough we didn't need to go to the showroom. Having samples in our home with the consultant was terrific. There were many samples and options of great quality to choose from. The installation was excellent and came two weeks after the final measurement. Tamara and Wilma are very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work wigh. A great experience for us.

We were looking for a unique window treatment for our new sliding glass door in our master bedroom. We've been long-time, very pleased clients of Wilma at Sensational Seams, so there was no question about calling upon her once again. Wilma's daughter Tamara has rejoined her team, and we had the pleasure of meeting her and Wilma to discuss options and ideas. "A chip off the old block", is how we would describe Tamara - a talented, creative and innovative visionary, just like her mom. Together, they came up with an extraordinary plan for our new door. A stunning valance done in a lovely and bright terra-cotta fabric, held up by a unique rod as an accent piece. Tucked underneath the valance is a pull-down Hunter Douglas privacy shade, in a slightly darker clay color. The overall look, set against soft pink walls and grey and white bedding, is absolutely the best window in our house ... and almost every window in our home has Wilma's touches on them. To say that my husband and I are happy once again, would be an understatement. We are over the moon excited and keep going back into our bedroom to sneak a peek! Tamara and Wilma are, bar none, experts in their field. You will never get better service, quality or uniqueness anywhere else.
