A Simple, Stress-Free Way to Choose Custom Window Treatments
Choosing new window treatments is a big decision — and it’s not something you do very often. At Sensational SEAMS, we make the process easy, relaxed, and enjoyable, guiding you step by step from your first call through to final installation.
Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Our team will give you a call to introduce ourselves and to arrange your in-home design appointment. We’ll chat briefly about your project and what you’re looking for, so we come prepared for your in-home visit.
When we arrive at your home, we will find out about you and your lifestyle. We will ask you questions and will answer any questions you have about YOUR decor ideas. You’ll know right away you made a good choice to call!
We’ll walk through your home together and talk about what you like, what you don’t, and how you want each room to feel. Because window treatments aren’t something you change often, we’ll also talk about your long-term decorating ideas.
Now we understand your design vision, we’ll recommend solutions from our Sensational SEAMS Design Portfolio which is filled with product options and styling ideas.
We’ll show you window treatment options that suit your style, your home, and how you live day to day.
We are proud of the national brands we represent. We also offer the most – the most expansive range of fabrics, styles, and finishes of customized window treatments in Durham Region.
As part of our service, we provide after care support and guarantees for all our products.
Once we’ve aligned on the design and budget, we will measure to ensure every detail is accurate for your order.
We want you to feel comfortable with your investment and confident in your decisions.
Now the fun begins! When your custom window treatments are ready, our professional installation team will install everything carefully and correctly.
Together, we’ll bring your vision to life and create a space you’ll love
